Didn't we have something better than a declaration of war from Congress with Resolution 1441 from the United Nations. You have to play against them as they play against us. Thus they will argue out of both sides of their mouth. W/o 1441 it is an illegal war, even if Congress had declared. With 1441 and no declaration of War, then Congress did not approve and thus it is an "unconsitutional" war.
We could have used both.
