Ummm, MSNBC screwed the pooch on this quote. Conrad is a RAT senator from North Dakota. Don't believe any Rat senator came to Terri's aid.

While Conrad is no Republican (pure DemocRAT), I can believe he would have made such a statement. That, in and of itself, is meaningless.

When you consider the big three voting blocs in North Dakota are the farm vote, the elderly, and three cities which depend on airbases or pork, he is just posturing for the folks back home.
