Why is Mark Fuhrman someone we should take seriously? We shouldnt. Fuhrman was someone who took the 5th ammendment upon cross examination, on the grounds that he might incriminate himself if he answered any of O.J.'s lawyers questions.

Right. In the new order someone who uses an "old-fashioned" constitutional right is just not to be taken seriously. Now if only OJ had asserted a modern constitutional right -- he could have had an Judge issue an order to starve his wife to death. Or Fuhrman could have claimed the modern right to lie under oath about matters involving sex. Surely this case had some sex in it, eh?
