Right. In the new order someone who uses an "old-fashioned" constitutional right is just not to be taken seriously. Now if only OJ had asserted a modern constitutional right -- he could have had an Judge issue an order to starve his wife to death. Or Fuhrman could have claimed the modern right to lie under oath about matters involving sex. Surely this case had some sex in it, eh?

Maybe, you might have a different opinion, if you someday are prosecuted for a crime, and the police lie when they testify against you. Think about it.
I find it very hard to believe that anyone would not find it objectionable if the prosecutor and the police try to put you in prison, and tell lies when they are on the witness stand.
