This excerpt, from MSNBC, doesn't get anywhere near the meat of the book - where Fuhrman shows how Michael's inconstent statements, and the timeline of the morning that Terri collapsed, raise a lot of questions - and suspicions. Read the book.

Not "ABSOLUTELY ZERO", rather room temparature. For a murder, the body is prime evidene.
There is NO evidence that TS's collapse was due to attempted homicide. NONE.
As to the murder -- we all saw that happen in real time. We all all witnesses -- via news reports.

Completely illogical. It is "evidence" only of the fact that she collapsed. It is NOT evidence of foul play. There IS no evidence of foul play. You are spinning a murder conspiracy out of whole cloth.

You take that case and bring him to conviction upon prosecution. All with the evidence that there was a 30-40 min timeline in which he might have been able to dial 911 15 years ago. With no way to prove when she really died, it would be awfully difficult.
Look -- in a murder investigation it is very helpful to have the body. And in an attempted murder -- some evidence of a person coming close to death. Here, Terri's collapse is that evidence. The collapse is not sufficient evidence, but it is a strong piece of evidence itself, since it is unexplained. That "unexplained" is usually translated as suspicious, especially when circumstances such has Micheal's later murderous promise-keeping, and the his excessive odometer angst are included.

A body is just a body. A collapse is just a collapse. Unless there is some EVIDENCE of FOUL PLAY. In this case, there is NONE. The fact that she collapsed, in and of itself, is evidence of nothing other than that she suffered cardiac arrest.

You really don't get it, do you? You are ASSUMING that it was an attempted murder, and then using the fact of her collapse as 'evidence'. This is an example of the logical fallacy known as the circular argument.
