This excerpt, from MSNBC, doesn't get anywhere near the meat of the book - where Fuhrman shows how Michael's inconstent statements, and the timeline of the morning that Terri collapsed, raise a lot of questions - and suspicions. Read the book.

Because if what I responded to you with was SPIN, then it means nothing. Spin means LIE. Tear apart what I said and tell me where I flipped the facts that are available.
I thought you really WANTED to know what is known about the Schindler's delay in accusing that monster who was suffering from mental disorders AT THE TIME TERRI COLLAPSED.
Have heard that Google is huge financial supporter of all things ultra-liberal. May not be relevant, and just a coincidence, that search results are skewed, but you never know.

Two things, not really related to each other:
1. I think I heard Fuhrman say on Sean's show last week that when Terri's brother got to her house after the collapse, Terri was lying on her face/stomach -- not on her back as she should have been if hubby baby had been trying to help her.
2. Isn't Michael S. in a career field tangentially connected to the Pinellas Park Police? Seeing the video coverage outside her hospice, I was outraged at the attitude it appeared that the local police had. They seemed sadistically gleeful when taking action that would torment her family and help Michael. It was disgusting.
He's the jail nurse.
I didn't make up silly stories. Everyone on these threads could see when the bunch of you came out with the same talking points about Terri and her having lunch with a man.
If you think that Terri should have lived but that it was ok for her to die because of a perversion of FL law then you are saying it was ok for Terri to be killed. Some of you think it was ok to outright kill her even without the perversion of the law.
I'm not misrepresenting anything.
You were either for Terri's killing or against and since you are fighting those who were against Terri's killing/murder, you are for the killing of Terri.
You can't be both for and against it, you know.

Those have to rank as two of the most ridiculous statements I've ever read on FR. {Except possibly for the one about the cats somehow being involved in Terri's death, and Mark Fuhrman not writing his book to make money.}
I don't recall seeing any of the WPPFF thread posters calling people Nazis, death cultists, killers, muderers, etc.
You can continue to inhabit that world you've created but please don't try to convince anyone it has anything to do with reality.
The allegation was that his 'abuse' resulted in her collapse. That is the 'abuse' we're talking about. There is no actual, substantial evidence of this alleged abuse. None. Zip. Zero. Nada.
Oh, and MS left it up to the judge to make the determination. This is permitted under Florida law. The judge ruled that there was clear and convincing evidence that Terri did not wish to live under those circumstances. And his ruling was upheld at every level of the state and federal judiciary.
The trial court determined, based on clear and convincing evidence, that Theresa Schiavo was in a persistent vegetative state and that she herself would elect to forego further use of a feeding tube. This court affirmed that judgment. (Florida 2nd District Court of Appeal, March 16, 2005)
This fantastic conspiracy theory of MS as abuser (whose abuse was apparently missed by both the Schindlers, despite the fact that Terri and Michael had lived with them, and by the medical staff who evaluated her after her collapse.) It is fantasy, made up of nothing more than unsubstantiated allegations and rumormongering by the Schindlers and their supporters. Was that clear enough?

We are going to have to disagree....somewhere common sense has to enter the big picture, at sometime, when the evidence of a monster's behavior, GENERAL BEHAVIOR around those who surrounded Terri has to be taken into consideration since NO ONE WAS THERE TO WITNESS TERRI's collapse.
No one was there to witness OJ's wife collapse either, except for another man who also was slain.
Since there were no witnesses, to you, that heinous dirbag is a loving, caring husband who just happened cut off therapy and tried to deny antibiotics and abused and scared staffers at various nursing homes before the scumbag decided to knock off his wife with the help of a death mongering attn and together they shoved her into a house of death. Even tho she was NOT DYING.
There is no further discussion if you don't consider the above actions heinous, enlightening as to this creep's black hole of a soul, his personality and MO. And causation for pause and reconsideration of EXACTLY what happened to Terri.

Just understand....there is enough circumstantial evidence regarding that dirtbag's personality and behaviors to fill a cemetery if his demands and treatment of Terri for TEN PLUS YEARS is allowed to enter your brain.
Not to mention one of his 'girlfriends' stating in an affidavit that he said to her "I do not know what Terri would want to do....tell me what to do!"

This man stalked a previous girlfriend before his concubine entered the scene and made to children with him....
And one past girlfriend HAD TO BE SUBPEONED to grant an affidavit regarding that pig because she was so afraid of him she was afraid he might harm her only child.
You see.........he is a monster according to many who have had contact with him.........and, as Mark Fuhrman said, " it was hard to find anyone to speak positively about him, he was no liked."

You can defend him, you can defend killing a useless eater who is otherwise healthy, you can applaud the heinous death she had to undergo...you can do all of this...the one thing you cannot do, is summon enough compassion to understand that many of us suffered deeply during the killing of Terri because we believe her husband caused her collapse, lied about her death wish (after all, he did remember it SEVEN YEARS after her collapse, you understand) and was immensely cruel to her parents and to Terri while she suffered endlessly under his iron fist.

'Affadavits' are meaningless, unless the people who make them are questioned under oath in cross-examination. I'm sure there is a very good reason why the attorneys for the Schindlers did not call these people to testify...
