Then why didn't she?
Because they were trying to have a baby. That has been testified to in court and evidence of doctor's visits was presented. That's why.
Then why didn't she?
A friend of Terri's said the Schiavos were discussing it around the time of her collapse, after which, obviously, the point became moot.
Are you a man or a "black man"?
Well, I did urge you to ponder it a while.
I'd forgotten our kerfuffle, as I've gotten embroiled in something else here on FR.
But happy Fourth, thank you for the reasoned reply, and the car is on its way...
soon as my auto-digitizer arrives from ebay.
We shouldnt. Fuhrman was someone who took the 5th ammendment upon cross examination, on the grounds that he might incriminate himself if he answered any of O.J.'s lawyers questions.
The case against O.J. was lost when it was proved that the prosecution was lying in its case against O.J.
(we might have guessed that O.J. was probably lying, but we KNEW the prosecution was lying)
YOur right about his lying on the stand. I would never convict anyone once the prosecution was caught lying about anything - if they lied once, they lied twice.
However, it was also strange what Fuhrman did, why was he the one that found the glove, why was he the one that saw the drop of blood at a great distance, etc. Too many things against OJ were found by the cop that lies on the witness stand.
I read the thread because I was incredulous that Mark Fuhrman was going to weigh in on this subject and I wanted to see what it was all about.
As to your second question, and I had to read it several times to get what you were asking, yes, I consider telling someone you would feel happy if a relative of theirs became an invalid, rude and, here's a bonus for you: childish.
Obviously, you and I don't even speak the same language, so I give up.
Why would a woman who wanted a divorce, have a baby?
What couple hasn't discussed the D word?
Have you a source about them trying to have a baby?
I'm married and we don't discuss the D word. Sorry, but not all couples talk about divorce. I'd say if you are talking about divorcing your spouse than things are not going so well at home.
It is when the prosecutor who does it!!... when those who testify against you lie, then they are not to be taken seriously.
Maybe, you might have a different opinion, if you someday are prosecuted for a crime, and the police lie when they testify against you. Think about it.
I find it very hard to believe that anyone would not find it objectionable if the prosecutor and the police try to put you in prison, and tell lies when they are on the witness stand.
I think the divorce talk is overblown. Their marriage certainly seemed to have its problems. And, yes, Terri even once toyed with the idea of leaving Michael. However, many marriages have their problems, and not all of them end in divorce. I've known several couples over the year where there has at one time been talk of one partner leaving -- but they are still together today. Every marriage has its ups and downs. All we really know is that the two of them seemed to recognize they had problems and they were willing to work on those problems. Most of the talk about divorce is recent spin when it became apparent that this time the Schindlers were not going to be able to save her. Take what you read -- especially on Free Republic -- with a grain of salt. They are, unfortunately in this case, not much more objective than the MSM.
Court documents are the source. There has been testimony and documents produced in court. They were having fertility issues.
I'm married, too, and we don't discuss the D. word, either. However, I've known couples that have discussed the D word and never took the plunge. Terri and MIchael themselves did not discuss the D word. Terri told a friend she was thinking about leaving Michael. It seems apparent they had problems. However, it is also apparent they they were making an effort to work out their problems.
What a lovely euphemism for infidelity.
Uh, yeah. Wasn't she supposed to be perfect?
This is absolutely TRUE.
Sheesssh you guys are something else to infer such.
Since another one of you on another thread is saying the same thing, I would assume you have your talking points for today.
And don't deny that there is a group of you. WPPFF, is a group unless you guys are playing clinton games and we have to debate what the meaning of the word "is" is?
