Not saying I approve of the firing, but it's not saying "I approve of this religion" or whatever. So, an employer should be able to fire an employee one day before the employee's retirement benefits/401K benefits vesting kicks in?

ANY reason? Such as voting for the "wrong" candidate, or refusing to divulge who you voted for?
So if you freep in your own time, with an anonymous account and somehow it gets around to your boss he should be able to fire you? what about because your black? or male? or straight?
