So, while the Democrats proclaim Bush's second administration a failure, they ignore the compromise on social security which will give Bush a win and leave the Democrats with mud on their faces. You'd think they might have learned after proclaiming Dubya a one termer. ROTFL!

I as a Republican want my president to be likable, reelection time or not What you are saying in essence is that YOUR President must FOLLOW [the polls] to get as MANY people to LIKE him as possible! That is a recipe for disaster.

I agree. Carter and Nixon had a 25% approval rating at one point. That is true .. Nixon did have low approval ratings
But that was for totally different reasons
Carter's low number appeared BEFORE the Iran hostages

I agree with you, but I would simply add this...
GWB has decided that defeating the terrorists is the single most important thing in our time - as Reagan did with the USSR. To Reagan, it was more important than budget deficits, etc.
I agree with this...
BUT I WISH SOMEONE WOULD GET CONTROL OF OUR BORDERS!

The number of Americans disapproving of President Bush's job performance... It's a shallow media-created phenomenon, not worth paying attention to.

Thanks for posting this. GW could care less what his phony poll ratings are. Those of us helped him get elected two times could care less what ABCNNBCBS have in their phony polls.

I am not stupid and of course these are important but look at the list of what Americans care about. These are not at the top of the list. I don't rely on CNN and their list of what they say is important
I actually talk to people

This SS compromise is a winner, but it's going to take a lot of promotion by the grass roots to get the word out there, because the media sure isn't going to talk about it.

If we don't fight back these terrorists .. then we can kiss our economy, budget deficits, etc. Good Bye

The only things of interest and value when a troll or trolling mole posts bs like this are the comments/insights from the good freepers, their great jokes, and great troll graphics.

Support and approval are two different things.
I support him 100%.
Approve how he is doing his job 60%.
If he doesn't B****slap the liars on the left tonight and keep it up my, approval will drop.
