To: Smile-n-Win
Although this appears to be somewhat tongue-in-cheek, I think it is exactly what should be done.

In fact, it is an ideal demonstration since it literally would take only three good citizens to wake up Justice Souter and the other four on the court as to what a precarious position that they have put the rest of their fellow citizens in.

Plus, if the town rejects it, he can appeal citing Souter's decision. At least make Souter take notice. Anybody know where Ginsburg lives?

I agree. We need to get the leftists' land before they get our's. The winner of this land race will be the one who buys-sells faster.

I would be willing to contribute to that fund, and to the one for the next residence he moves to. Also, for the other four "justices" who sided with Souter.

Yep. Ordinarily they'd (the townsfolk of Weare) be decent folks and wouldn't throw anyone out of their home despite the "law".

I've asked them to make an exception in this case.
