U.S. corporations bolstering gay pride

SAN FRANCISCO - If it takes a queer eye to notice that the cast of Bravo cable network’s “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” ride in Volkswagens during New York’s gay pride parade, that’s just what the car maker intends.

Similarly, Wells Fargo hopes the crowds attending San Francisco’s gay pride parade get a good look at its employees singing show tunes atop the stagecoach-themed float the bank entered in its hometown event on Sunday.

Despite boycott threats from anti-gay groups and the perception of a gay marriage backlash from the American public, corporate sponsorship of gay pride festivities held around the country in June remains strong this year, according to event organizers and advertising agencies that specialize in reaching gay and lesbian consumers.

Kraft is another one to boycott. The are sponsoring the Gay Games in Chicago in 2006. Memorize this list and stop buying their products. I'm tired of corporate America promoting the destruction on America.

Yes, many corporations have the vision and ethics of a blind thief. Like the sick creatures they support with these parades of fools, let them descend to their vortex of evil. Just make sure the good people are insulated from such chaos.

"Like Delta, Wells Fargo and Anheuser-Busch — which is one of the biggest supporters of gay pride events through its Bud Light brand — Absolut Vodka, Ford Motor Co., Washington Mutual Bank, PepsiCo Inc. and the Showtime and Bravo cable networks show up in multiple cities during pride season."

The cross ownership networks of amny corporations are as truly complicated as you describe. But they can't commodify everything. We still have our sovereignty and free will to exercise. Big, bad companies and policies can be defeated.

Then let's begin a boycott of Dupont. They have both branded and ingredients on the marketplace. Let's see if we can 100% boycott them.

" Next time, I want a Mazda 6"

That's what I was going to buy, but actually the reviews aren't all that great on the new 6. Mazda's are fun to drive and the Mazda 3 is a nice car. I am going to trade my Ford Escape in this summer and I won't be being any more Fords. I only bought it in late September 2001 because I was trying to be patriotic I guess.

It seems that Toyota is more American than Ford so I guess I will go with that brand. Several of the Ford vehicles are now made in Mexico.

This is something which makes no sense from a pure profit/loss perspective.

Large corporations make all sorts of contributions (i.e. "blackmail payments") to the homosexual lobby, underwrite programs which promote the homosexual agenda, push their employees to be 'tolerant' of what at one time was considered to be a mental illness and a disqualifier for ANY sort of security clearance, and while all of this insanity is going on, the inevitable increase in health costs to these corporations due to greater numbers of homosexual employees becoming infected with HIV/AIDS is going UP!

And who ends up paying for the increased medical coverage and special 'benefits' for the infected homosexuals?

The shareholders of the companies who foolishly pursue this corporate policy of self-destruction.

Liberalism isn't logical....nor is it particularly profitable.
