I think this was a good decision, except that this Supreme Court has no intention of taking this case to the next logical step.
The only "restraining order" anyone needs is a firearm and a sh!t-load of ammunition.

Ah, too bad its not that easy. Imagine if she did defend herself and the lives of her children. Then she'd land in the slammer. If she didn't eliminate the threat then her kids would still have found their end. Its a lose-lose situation with this system.
