All the media has been waxing hopeful about Rhenquist's 'emminent' departure, whith his cancer problem & all, but so far I've heard no one mention that old liberal turd Stephens who's 85 years old. Rhenquist is a spring chicken by comparison.

People have been sicker than Rehnquist....AND THEY HAVE NOT RETIRED. And they have gotten over their sickness.

I see no reason why Rehnquist would not tough it out and stay on the court with an awful bout of cancer if others haven't retired.

The sad thing is with Anothy Kennedy now fully over on the dark side, we now need a solid replacement for O'Connor just to maintain our 5-4 status; with us as the 4.

"Eventually somebody is going to die on the court as well, most likely one of the liberals.

When that happens, it will make a Rehnquist retirement look easy."

Not wishing it on any Liberal personally, but Please, Lord, BRING IT ON!

"TEN COMMANDMENTS: The constitutionality of Ten Commandments in public buildings and on government property, under the First Amendment's ban on an ''establishment'' of religion. "

Question, if this is constitutional, what happens to Judge Roy Moore?

I read somewhere that Renquist is about a year away from being the longest serving ever. He may hang on for the record.

Better question: if this is constitutional, what will the ACLU be left with?
