Hands down. I can definitely see Reagan as #2, though. Franklin and Edison would be in my top ten, for sure. Babe Ruth, too.

As Freepers we understand history and realize that George Washington should have won this hands down. With that being said, I am thrilled that Reagan won and beat out any RAT that was up there. Lincoln was a great Pres, and I think that Reagan is going to take his place in the top tier of US Presidents from history.

I wanted to BARF when Ron-not a junior-was put on to speak for his father. He spat on his father's memory when he spoke at the RAT convention IMHO.

Right. Washington, Lincoln and then Reagan. Sheesh. But I'll settle for a Reagan win anyday. :-)

The correct answer is President George Washington.

Without question. Washington towers above all.

It's also hard to believe none of the other Founder Fathers made the top 5. Modern education: pure rubbish.

I agree, Washington easily.

Nothing against our beloved Ronaldus Magnus, but GW was without a doubt "First in war, first in peace and first in the heart's of his countrymen".

You are right, of course, but I picked the Gipper to piss off the "traitors."
