The Kelo decision tells us how predatory our government judiciary has become.

The judicial branch of government has been out of control for years, and what's been done about it? Nothing.

The people could have controlled the judiciary years ago, through their congressmen and senators, when the first activist judges took to their benches, but they did nothing.

So, now we reap what we have sown, and it'll get worse before it gets better.

Right. The judiciary is the ROOT. The senate rats/RINOs are its offensive line. We need a quarterback blitz in 2008. And the best man for the job that I see right now is Hannity. Let's bring him kicking and screaming to the White House. He'll have coat tails. And I have a hunch that he could handle the senate in a way no conservative president ever has before. He should put a radio studio in the Oval Office.

FRegards....

when the first activist judges took to their benches,

When would that have been, 1804? This frogs been boiling a long, long time. Blaming the people isn't really that helpful. I'm tired of it.
