LOL..... well I'm sure 'you know who' could find lots of shops along most any route... just let the internet do the looking... Parts of I-10 from Lake Charles to Beaumont have construction going on and from just east of downtown Houston out some 30 plus miles to Katy is underconstruction. In both cases it just depends upon what the contractors are doing on any one day as to congestion.
