Try this: Go to a party and you can talk about any religion or founders of a religion. But then mention that you are a disciple of Jesus. That's the end of the party.
IIRC, he died the day before or the day the Challenger blew up on lift-off. I have the Time mag about the Challenger disaster and there's a blurb in there about Elron's death. However, there's a lot of suspicion about his death - how the guy had become a total loon, if he was assisted in his demise (so to speak) and the power control of the whole Org.
