Tonight he gave us the "if anything should happen" speech and told us where to find his papers, etc.
I'm very proud of myself for not falling apart.:)

Here's the speech the Canteen would like to give back to him:
Dear Ev,
While you're on your little "vacation", please know that your family is supported back here in America. Please know that the majority of Americans support you. We may not have all the loudmouths on TV, but we're the loudmouths without microphones. We're never around to be interviewed by the NY Times because we all have better things to do.
We have lives outside of being interviewed or protesting. The majority of Americans that support you are doing other things to support you. We're keeping the economy up and running. We're making sure that your families are looked after while you're gone.
If a terrorist tries to make a move, BLOW HIS/HER HEAD OFF! Better them in a body bag. Let their family mourn their sorry butts. If they even think about doing something to you, may God's protective hand shield you.
