The essay by the retired nco on the effects of NBC Warfare looks like it came straight from MY notes at the US Army's Nuclear, Biological & Chemical Warfare School they sent me to when I was on active duty. What he wrote is 100% true.
I also notice the BOZO who predicted the NBC version of Armageddon in DC on OCT 11th 2009 has pulled his video. Whomever that was should go away from the public microphone forever.
