What they want to build is something like the Kemah Boardwalk, problem is no one will come. Kemah has a lot of people near by, Freeport (from now on Fasistport) does not.

And there are miles and miles of coastline down there with nothing around where they could build. But then, Freeport wouldn't get the tax revenue.

Well I am worried about my house now. I live on the water, what if some rich guy wants my proprty so he can build a bigger prettier house? I'm screwed, I no longer have a right to my property. And what about my little bar in my little down town area? Some developers wants to build a strip mall and again I'm screwed, this sucks big time.
