So, which side attacked the Middle Class with this ruling?I have no idea what you are talking about. I never addressed classes. They are irrelevant. Class warfare does not interest me. The only thing that matters is rights. And the usurpation of them.
Prior to this, the constitution has defended them, now that the ruling has redefined the terms, it no longer does.

All classes that should be frightened by this ruling with a side note that those with the most wealth will be the ones more likely to cause the Eminent Domain law to be used and the most likely to find some way to protect their own property through the use of a dozen top notch lawyers or back door politics and payoffs.
