Well we have Dish Network w/an HD receiver, so we have a number of HD channels.. to be honest I don't see a LOT of difference.. but then I'm weird. Husband and kids love it tho'

I left off the /sarcasm tag. Letting Horry go was one of the stupidest moves the Lakers' front office ever did. I suspect the re-hiring of Jackson with out a complete NBA all-star team to once and for all show he couldn't coach his way out of a paper bag may eclipse that.
No Sarcasm when I say that letting Shaq go was a good idea. This year may have taught him that dogging all year sometimes isn't a great strategy.
I doubt you have locals in HD with Dish.

In all fairness, I think that Horry did have a lot on his mind, concerning the health of his daughter, who was still living in Texas. He was a free agent at the time, and there were thoughts that he wanted to play closer to his family. If I recall, it wasn't automatic that he was going to return to the team after the 2002 championship (the season in which he hit "The Shot" against Suckramento).
It really is amazing that Horry has SIX Championship rings now....Wow!

LA was blessed to have Scully and Hearn -- no city has ever had two Grand Masters such as these. They are not only the best in their sports, they define(d) Class.

I noticed it froze here .. not sure what happened .. but we were able to switch it off the HD... it was kinda weird..
