Paulus may yet implicate himself. He can be rearrested. Paulus is still a suspect. He is walking free at the present because the new judge found the the evidence that the prosecutor presented on PVDS was insufficient. However the prosecutor's spokesperson Mariaine Croes stated that they were searching for more evidence sufficient evidence that incriminates PVDS, supposedly.
