This court is re-writing the constitution. We no longer have property rights. Now at the whim of a corrupt government, they can seize your property and bulldoze it. Wake up America we just lost another bit of freedom!

Facism just went from baby steps to walking on its own, this will boom as Wal-mart and other corps now play small towns against one another and each town rushes to seize prime property from rightful owners. The SCOTUS should be renamed the High Court of Zimbabwe. Its what we get for worshipping economic growth, and we have become little more then well fed cattle on government approved housing development.

Wake up America we just lost another bit of freedom

We've lost a big chunk of freedom. This is no doubt another world view interpretation.

That wasnt just a little bit more. That was just about the entire enchilada. Without private ownership of property there is no freedom there is no liberty. We are now serfs living on the land of our lords and at their whim evicted.

To OWN property means that no one can legally take it from you unless you are a willing participant in the transaction.


What we have now is a renters society. Through your property taxes you RENT your land from the government. They can tell you what you can or cant do with it. They can now take it away for ANY reason. This will be used kinda like the interstate commerce thing.

It is just about time, if the SC doesn't reverse itself on this... It WILL be time.
