Santa Ana, CA -- A 29-year-old Orange County woman was charged Wednesday with falsely accusing six men of kidnapping her at gunpoint and raping her.
An indictment returned by an Orange County grand jury also accuses Tamara Anne Moonier of Dana Point with fraudulently receiving $1,850 from a state emergency fund for crime victims.
She is scheduled to be arraigned July 8 on two felony counts of making a false police report and one count each of perjury and grand theft. If convicted on all counts she could be sentenced to as much as four years and eight months in prison.

There sure seems to be a shortage of details and explanation as to how she was "found out" so to speak.

I think any person who makes a false clam of domestic violence should face hard time as well.

Anyone who makes a false criminal claim should suffer the exact same punishment their victim faced.
If it's a rape claim, they should get the penalty for rape, a murder claim, the penalty for first degree murder.
As long as there's no real penalties for lying, you will continue to have people who will use the system for revenge.

Oh, this is such a shame, another Tamara found lying, just like Rev. Al's launch to hypedom. This one didn't cover herself with feces, but she's attempting to do that with these 6 people.

It's a no brainer, I think.
You know who will fight that tooth and nail? The feminists. They think that to allow a woman to make any charge against a man without fear of being charged with perjury is "empowering".
The fact is, though, that false claimshurt real victims by casting doubt an all claims. If the fems really wanted to help rape and domestic violence victims, they would fight against those false charges.
But they don't. So, obviously, it's something else they're after.

To cause as much injury to men as possible using any means at their disposal.
Thats the agenda of the feminazis. Nothing more and nothing less.

if they did fight against the false claims then it would end up hurting their agenda of keeping women in the victimized mindset. As long as they keep women feeling victimized, they have a position. If women feel empowered and give up the victimization stance, then they no longer have a captive audience.

The liberal's social position is pretty constant - everyone is a victim, entitled to special rights, government programs and jackpot justice. Even drug addicts are victims - they need to get free methadone rather than kicking the habit. No liberal is ever responsible for themselves, what they do or required to support themselves.
