It appears that France views the U.S. as its enemy or competition. Or is France just trying to "keep up with the Jones's?"

Given that France is behind the EuroMALE program, what would be a more appropriate name?

Why would France need anything that has any military purpose what so ever? They surrender at the first sign of hostility. Their odor is all they have to fear.

I would have thought that modern France would worry about the personal hygiene gap a bit more than something as pointless as upgrading their military.
