At 17, Joran is still considered a minor in Aruba? Does that make any difference if they do convict him?
I have no idea what their laws are down there; it appears that they have to prove their case beyond a shadow of a doubt before the even charge somebody.
Of course, if there is no body or no proof of a crime, they all walk.
