You do not shut out the FBI, if they want in especially in the USA. Jon Benet Ramsey was not a kidnapping case, and the FBI has exclusive jurisdiction in those cases.(Kidnappings) USA

The Ramsey's bought their way out of that one. There was no justice and the two parent's murdered their own daughter

I will agree that was one F' Upped investigation.

When things in an investigation get out of control and or sound investigative procedures are not followed then it is time to ask for help from the FBI.

Letting the professionals take charge or assume on an investigation is not heavy handed tactics. Aruba can always have their law enforcement officers there at every step of the investigation.

In light of the Dutch Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction the bottom line, who would you rather have conducting this criminal investigation? The Keystones Cops or the FBI? I will always choose them over Aruban Peace Officers.

Are you not aware they released the three prime suspects at the very beginning and believed their B.S. fabricated lie concerning the two security guards. It must have been very nice to be afforded ten/eleven days to clean up any incriminating/tangible/intangible evidence. If I were a criminal I would love for the Aruban authorites to be in charge of my cases. One might say, commit a murder? want to get away free? Dial 1-800-ARUBA-COPS extn, COPs-Ain't-Us.

Do you really think if this investigation continues as it is, there will be any justice served or obtained for Natalee? I say not even, but if I am wrong I will personally ping you to say I was wrong. NSNR

From the Ramsey ransom note: '...We are a group of individuals that represent a small foreign faction. We respect your bussines, but not the country that it serves...'

No one knew what kind of a case it was...kidnapping gone bad, murder,...until it was investigated. The bit about 'a small foreign faction' is all the excuse the FBI needed to get involved.

More likely scenario is that the White House did not want the FBI to investigate a strange murder case even remotely resembling terrorism in Colorado with the upcoming & ongoing trial in Denver of Timothy McVeigh.

When things in an investigation get out of control and or sound investigative procedures are not followed then it is time to ask for help from the FBI.

Waco, Ruby Ridge, Hillary Clinton/ Filegate...

Letting the professionals take charge or assume on an investigation is not heavy handed tactics.

So long as they're invited, no it's not. And, as I said, I know of no evidence that the FBI has been tossed out of Aruba. The fact of the matter is that we know very, very little about the investigation. It is entirely possible that there is a lot of cooperation between Aruban LE & the FBI but that it is being denied in the press. Recall the belated news of the involvement of American doctors in the Ukranian dioxin poisoning case.

In light of the Dutch Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction the bottom line, who would you rather have conducting this criminal investigation?

Does not matter what you or I would rather. We don't have a say about issues involving Aruban sovereignty. And frankly, given the EU mess & the UN trying to extend their jurisdiction, I'm amazed that any conservative thinks shoving any American law enforcement agency down the throats of another country is a good idea.

Are you not aware they released the three prime suspects at the very beginning and believed their B.S. fabricated lie concerning the two security guards...

Once again, we know very little about the investigation. The Arubans said that releasing them was a tactical decision & given reports that electronic surveillance gadgets were attached to some of the three suspects auto/ autos & probably phone taps, I'm inclined to think that the Arubans were a tad suspicious of the three. Keeping the two security guards in jail may have been part ruse.

Do you really think if this investigation continues as it is, there will be any justice served or obtained for Natalee?

Yes. I think the Arubans are sweating those boys Big Time & that they will break. It's just a matter of time. And probably more time waiting for the full story to come out.
