Did you read my whole post? Natalee's mother pressed for this interview, and kept pressing. When Greta asked why, she said she wanted access. Then next day she takes the access opportunity and tosses it? She taunted them into the first interview, then begs for a second one, but doesn't show.
You're right about Hawaii.
I've found this to be true w/ all island countries.
Fiji and New Zealand as well.
They are in the same room in prison? Why? So they can keep matching up their stories?
sw
No, apparently they brought them together into the same room to see what would happen. They're being housed separately.
I wonder why they didn't go. Parent's didn't like the set up?
Rip, an honest question...What's troubling you about this case? No flame intended..just curious.
I think her experience is not that uncommon. Statistically speaking the risk of meeting a young guy on an island, a guy from a middle class kind of family, at age 17 and talking with him and taking a ride is probably not that bad.
Just for part of the interrogation of Joran
They are probably offering a reduced sentence for the least culpable perp(s) in exchange for truthful testimony
I think I might be the only one here who has faith in the Aruban police. I sort of like their system... keeping the investigation away from the media. If only they'd keep Natalee's family apprised.
Rude? RUDE?
I wish I could do bigger print. How dare you judge her as rude,,,HER DAUGHTER IS PROBABLY DEAD AT THEIR SON'S HANDS and you would call her rude for changing her mind.
I just found the whole thing very sureal.
Let's see, had Natalee's mom kept the appointment but when she and Greta arrived, were told to forgett about it. You can bet she would be suggesting on tv that they were hiding something. Or maybe call them obnoxious or slimeballs. I'm just suggesting that she shouldn't hold them to higher standards than she wants to be held to herself.
PS I find it very interesting that no one else in this thread mentioned this incident, but just glossed right on over it. Wouldn't want to be fair or balanced now would we.
Beth probably can't stand one more session of them crying and telling her how innocent they think their son is, not to mention the hugs and kisses...
"being a b*tch" ... sorry, newbie, ya' just lost me.

You put the rumor of nat running away to rest,,,but some on this thread won't let it rest. They live to cast suspicion on teenagers, nat, her parents,,,,it sickens me.
I think you are on the wrong thread. Hit the back button. Hope that helps.
Hey, you better google Jossy Mansur and see why he isn't afraid. You will be surprised at what you find. He is "connected"
That's a lot!
You are some piece of work Dude,,,you walk in the Mother's shoes for three weeks and see how you feel. And your comment about her acting like a b''' wouldn't get her answers. That sickens me so totally.
