I was a fan of his, too, but as I said after reading the entire thread there seemed to be other issues than whether or not he was a good Freeper doing a good job. About 90% of the poster supported him and hated to see him go. Jim Rob has booted many people with controversy ensuing. He stood his ground and his reasons, whatever they might be, are good enough for me.

Oh, I know M-n R, I know. I've been through all the ups and downs here for the last seven years, just like you and 90% of the time I agree with JR, but still we;ve lost a lot of good people over the years.

Then again, there have been others that JR gave way to much slack before they got the boot, IMO.
