I'm fairly surprised that this was a unanimous vote -- were there a lot of RAT abstentions? It wasn't unanimous - it was a voice vote. Now I can't nail my RINO representative for voiting against it because I can't prove he did.

They didn't call a roll call vote because the Dems didnt want to go on record as being against it, and the GOP didn't want to be seen going on record as for it.

Or is this paper trying to give RATs and RINOs credit for something they most likely voted against (or pretended to sleep through)?
