It wasn't unanimous - it was a voice vote. Now I can't nail my RINO representative for voiting against it because I can't prove he did.

So voice votes are always recorded as unanimous? Or is this paper trying to give RATs and RINOs credit for something they most likely voted against (or pretended to sleep through)?

there couldnt have been that many absentees, otherwise they wouldnt have had a quorum.....
