theyr'e gonna get a LOOOOOOONG sentence. Unfortunately, first time, non-violent crime offenders usually get the minimun sentence w/ multiple sentences served concurrently... Not sure what the minimum is.

Nope..they will run consecutively..and will be the max...or near it..easily 25 years total, if not life for each..becasue of the magnitude of the crime...and, as I said..it's NY state prison..NOT club Fed..most of the state system inmates are murderers, rapists, drug dealers..

Dennis..don't bend over in the shower.. I won't be shedding a tear if this pompous, arrogant, thieving bastard gets raped in prison.
They should just loop that film of his outlandish birthday party 24/7 in his cell for the rest of his life.

Great, but far too long and expensive in the finding. This dirtbag, his wife and his accomplices are the poster children of avarice, greed and corruption that infest too much of Corporate and Gov't entities in this day and age.
The process will be further elongated while he appeals and is granted bail during it's pendancy. IMO far too complicated to really dispense the justice this guy deserves.

I won't be shedding a tear if this pompous, arrogant, thieving bastard gets raped in prison. Which is why homosexual rape is so popular in American culture
It has so many fans ...
To: ken5050
Don't think so. As in the Stewart case, it is very likely he will be free during and until the conclusion of the appeal process (One plus more years). Stewart only went to jail because she agreed to start serving the sentence despite the appeal in process.
