I just heard on Brit's show that Durbin released a "non-apology" apology tonight..

One of those, IF anyone was upset by what I said, then I'm sorry...type of apologies.

Isn't that SPECIAL that he did it by releasing a statement on Friday night...possible because he went to the retreat and was told what a mistake he made!!!

Ah yes, one of those infuriating non-apologies. "If I've offended anyone..." Well, Little Dick, you've offended millions of Americans: our military members who put their lives on the line to protect this country, and the families and friends who love them and worry about them.

I have written to my two Senatrixes (Boxer and Feinstein - what can I say), and my Congresscritter, the terminally insipid and vapid Lois Capps. Needless to say, the best I can expect is one of their canned responses thanking me for my input :-(
