Exactly. Especially the ones in the red states up for reelection next year.
I'm sure it'll be the lead story on the Today show. /sarcasm
There are plenty of reasons to criticize President Bush and high-level members of his administration on all sorts of political issues. However, Durbin decided to attack America and our troops, in the process providing aid and comfort to the enemy. Big mistake - a mistake that shows Durbin's true colors (and they aren't red, white and blue).
He has that idiot Craig Crawford on now and he's doing his best to defend Dubin.
They'll have time for a Hilary Duff concert series performance, but exposing an American traitor isn't Katie Couric's specialty. She saves her hard-hitting interviews for selfish/insane runaway brides who lie to authorities, then cash in by selling the book and movie rights.
And they wonder why GMA has caught up with them in the ratings.
I think Chris Matthews is supposed to be on Imus' show sometime next hour. I'd expect him to be a bit tougher on Durbin than that annoying Craig Crawford jerk.
He better be considering he didn't even mention the story on his show last night. Imus usually has Dem senators on his show and I'm pretty sure he'll ask them about Durbin.
Yes, Karl Rove made him say those things.
Crawford's pathetic attempt to defend Durbin: "why can't we all just get along?"
Well, ABC's Charles Gibson and Diane Sawyer are much, much more biased and annoying than NBC's Katie Couric and Matt Lauer. The Today Show actually has some value and some good segments. Good Morning America is almost a total waste of time.
I'm sure that'll be the Dem talking points.
Note to Hillie: That won't go over well in the red bits, sweetie.
"What is the difference between Dick Durbin and Ward Churchill?"
One has the brain of a gnat and the other has SFB.
OMG, are you serious? Maybe he should change the name of his show to Slow-Pitch Softball.
Does CBS still have a show?
It looked like last night's show was taped earlier in the day so I'll give him a little slack.
LOL, it could go off the air and I probably wouldn't notice. A test pattern would probably get better ratings. Honestly, I can't even name a person who is on CBS' morning show.
Has it ever done well in the ratings? I think Fox and Friends beats it in the ratings.
