I know the one you're speaking of but this was recent, as in this spring. Poor guy probably fell overboard. I know the Coast Guard etc spent time looking, to no avail.
Like I said, I hadn't heard about it. That's a shame. I'm willing to bet people fall overboard more frequently than we realize.
