I asked earlier today, and I can't seem to find any answer to this question:

What happened to that LORENZO fellow? Remember, there was a post from a girl (yesterday some time) in Aruba who has been supplying information. She said that Natalee had been held in Lorenzo's basement. She said Natalee was there because most homes in Aruba don't have basements.

Lorenzo was questioned by the police two days ago. It was also posted on FR that Lorenzo was the son of P. van der Sloot, Joran's father. Evidently P. van der Sloot had a relationship with another woman on Aruba before he married his present wife. Lorenzo was the product of that relationship - hence he is Joran's half-brother. Lorenzo's mother married another man, and he committed suicide - but even that is skeptical, because some said it might have been murder.

I think all of this is very mysterious (like everything else with this case). If the story about Natalee being held in the basement is true...why is Lorenzo free? After he was questioned he was let go and nothing more has been said about him - no TV reporter has even pursued it. Shortly after that the police brought in S. Croes. Now he is being held.

So, did they let Lorenzo go the same way they let VDS and his two friends go...giving him time to cover up evidence, get rid of something? What gives with those police?

Any news on this guy?

The last that you heard about Lorenzo is the last that we all have heard about Lorenzo.
