I think that's an old Southern saying. My Grandma who's from Oklahoma uses that in reference to my Grandpa all the time. "You're Grandpa is so thick headed I'm going to kill him and tell the Lord he's dead," kind of thing.
Swaggart lost it many years ago. Why is anybody still listening to him?
