KIEV, June 14 (Itar-Tass) - Ivan Simonenko, Vladimir Pashkov and Oleg Lyutikov, respective leaders of the Russo-Ukrainian Union Party, Russian Bloc Party, and the Russian Movement of Ukraine, have approved a draft agreement on cooperation and interaction within the “Rus” coalition of political and public organisations, Itar-Tass was told at the Press Service of the Russian Movement.

In the opinion of “Rus” coalition members, one of their main tasks is to win official status for the Russian language, to support the canonical Orthodox Church, to help switch Ukraine over to a policy of rapprochement with Russia and Belarus, and to render all out assistance to the process of establishing a Common Economic Space. The coalition members also advocate the solution of several economic, social and humanitarian problems.

In order to attain these goals, they are determined to jointly prepare and hold cultural, political and social functions, to coordinate their participation in electoral campaigns of every level, to establish a system of information exchanges and organisational interaction.

The signatories of the agreement will contribute to the organisational consolidation of Ukrainian public organisations and political parties sharing common programme principles, and the agreement per se is open for signing.

The masterminds of the coalition accord have decided to submit for broad public discussion the text of the document, which outlines the basic programme principles of its signatories.

Good, at least you have a party there which you can cheer for openly.

Do you have an issue with a group of people expressing their republican rights by forming a political party within the government frame work: just because you disagree with their politics?

Yep.

The Three Amigos isn't bad, either.

I have nothing against such kind of parties, now Ukraine is a democratic country which respect human rights in opposition to their homeland Russia.

??? Yeah, that's why the opposition leadership has this nasty problem of getting arrested for the past 6 months. That's why the speaker of the Rada gave an interview that just like under Kuchma, he's being followed and recorded under Yushchenko. Sure, what ever.

I hope that you are able to provide the list of the arrested with reason why they were arrested. Funny how you calling few of the most corrupted thugs of the former regime an opposition. Oh I forget they are “pro-Russian”, this fact allow them to do whatever they would like to do, your logic.

You mean like Yulia Tomoshenko? Earns $11.5 billion illegally in her short service in the government. Oh, wait, she's the "good" guy.
