Sounds like a semi-big fish. Of course, they all sound like big-fish. Anyone good FReepers out there know something about this guy?
Abed Dawood Suleiman and his son, former army captain Raed Abed Dawood, were picked up in a morning raid on their house in Khalidiya, west of Baghdad, a defense ministry source said Wednesday.
AFP reports this one.
AP: Australian Rescued by Iraqi, U.S. Forces ~~ An Update from the AP
I pinged Straight Vermonter and Dog , they may know!
Plenty of room at Hotel Gitmo
More good news - "A former Iraqi general believed to be Jordanian extremist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's "military adviser" was arrested west of Baghdad."
... can the MSM handle all this news of terrorists getting captured?
so they finally decided to go to their house & arrest them - interesting tactic
Did we get the number 3 guy again? We always seem to get the number 3 guy. Good catch regardless, God bless our troops.
Found this post article and in it they talk to a Former General in Saddams Army who is in this Mohammeds Army.... his alias is Abu Jalal.
He is a big fish...
Rounding up the bad guys ~ Bump!
Wait....I thought al Qaeda had no links to the former Iraqi regime.
Now that the talk has died down about an injured or dead Zarqawi, what do you now think about his condition and role in the terror attacks? If he is incapacitated or dead, would this "big fish" be in line to run the show? Or is he merely a coalition member of the terror campaign, not in Zarq's inner circle?
"He is a big fish..."
Outstanding catch, gentlemen! Bless the soldiers.
I'll bet this raid took place a couple of days ago ....and they are only announcing it today so they had time to drill him for info..........they are probably right now rolling up this Mohammads Army as I type.
WhoHoo!! Good job Troops!
