This hatred started during the times of the crusades (which, contrary to popular history, were a defensive response to islamic aggression towards then Christian turkey). Muslim jihadists, intent on conquering Europe, invaded Serbia and massacred many Christian Serbs. The Serbs are not a people that forget easily.
NO one who has lived under Muslim rule forgets easily - even after 1000 years. Unfortunately some have already become dhimmis in spirit. Very sad.
