Is it just me but it seems that the graph got weird about 07:00 and stayed that way till the big quake?

Hi, Calpernia. Wow is right. TV isn't making much of this. That's pretty strong but they did say no tsunami risk.

A Tsunami warning has been issued all along the California coast all the way down to San Diego.

I found out because I'm on a breaking news mailing list which told me there was a tsunami alert issued.

Run by the MSM or normal people? (I'm always looking for breaking news lists.)

what's going on? the three news networks aren't mentioning this at all, not even Headline News (they're still leading with the helicopter crash in the east river).

I called a friend that lives in the Castro district. She did not feel it--SFGate didn't post it for at least 20 minutes after, so she didn't believe me for a little while.
