I'm sorry to disagree, but he hasn't had time to get to the bottom of it. This is a rush job to tap the early Terri book market. I expect nothing much from it, though I think well of Fuhrman.
I don't expect anything from the autopsy either. But, who knows, maybe something useful will emerge.
