After a couple of months she realized that she was pregnant. She is a devout Catholic and abortion was never a consideration; Praise God. May God bless your friend beyond measure.

I lift her up to the God who made her - and to the God who also made her child. Out of the ashes of our life, God grows gardens of joy... so it will be with this child.
This child shall be the rose of Sharon, and the mother shall be blessed by God with love.

You might see if there is a Project Gabriel ministry in her archdiocese--they are a Catholic organization (but they help everyone, regardless of denomination) that helps out young women who have chosen life for their babies. They can help her with material, spiritual, and moral support. I have worked with our parish's P.G. for 4 years and it is wonderful :)
Prayers for a healthy baby and for a peaceful transition to motherhood for this young woman.

I pray that her wounds heal.
You may tell her that in God's eyes she remains a virgin if she had not or has not given herself willingly, and in susc things His eyes are the only eyes that matter.

I truly believe that she will.
I also believe she will graduate from college and have a marvelous life.
Remember, one event does not dictate nor define one's life. Unless you let it.
This young lady has not.
I pray magnificent things for her.

That sounds like a very familiar story. The only difference is my mother decided to give me up for adoption. I never got to know my birth mother, but my mom tells me she was a very good person.
That was in 1950
