I don't know if I agree with the assertion that obesity is just hype and not an epidemic.

But he is right -- we should not have government telling us what we can and cannot do (and that includes eating). We are supposed to be responsible adults...we are supposed to make our own choices. We should not have to rely on government to choose for us.

I said when the efforts were made at banning smoking everywhere, that food would be next. Pretty soon we will have government telling us what underwear to put on in the morning.
