Over the next few days, al-Qahtani is subjected to a drill known as Invasion of Space by a Female, and he becomes especially agitated by the close physical presence of a woman.
I can get agitated by the close physical presence of a woman myself. Not as much as when I was younger, but still enough. The problem was, I sometimes couldn't speak intelligently. Maybe that's why we can't get good intelligence out of these guys.

Torture:
-
- Infliction of severe physical pain as a means of punishment or coercion.
- An instrument or a method for inflicting such pain.
- Excruciating physical or mental pain; agony: the torture of waiting in suspense.
- Something causing severe pain or anguish.

And I was mad at the underwear on the head and the pissing on the Toran. This is really disturbing.

Christina Aguilera's "music" would definitely irritate me. But it indicates what girly men the Al Qaeda prisoners are that they can't tolerate her skankish gyrations. What's next on the intolerable list for them, breaking a nail?

You can read the entire article from Time Mag
here.
A couple of quick excerpts:
Pentagon officials tell TIME that most of the intelligence gleaned from those sessions was recorded in other documents. But the interrogation log gives a rare window into the techniques used by the U.S. military, suggesting at least in this case that disclosures were sometimes obtained not when al-Qahtani was under duress but when his handlers eased up on him.
and
How should a democratic nation proceed when it captures a high-value prisoner like al-Qahtani, when unlocking a mind might save lives? Experts acknowledge that brute torture generally doesn't work because a person will say anything to stop the pain. So what, exactly, is effective? And when do the ends justify the means?
Having read through the article I can state there is nothing that has been done to him that I would object to if it were done to me.
Gulag, indeed!!

How about a duet of Micheal Bolton and Christina Aguilera?
Now that would be inhumane torture!

Christina is Half Lebanese. Lebanese music critics and the Lebanese in general are/were extremely proud of her accomplishments.
The best torture you can impose upon a fundamental Islamist, full view of the future the Arab youth mightily embrace.
Even if many Lebanese and Arabs have as little regard for her actual vocal talents as Westerners do.

"kind of document that was never meant to leave Gitmo." There should be an investigation of who released it and why. I assume it's someone who is not fond of Gitmo and should be gone ASAP. I don't care if they shoved their heads in a toilet everyday. Prisoners are getting treated better than the taxpayer's who are paying for their care. Just because some American hating group like the ACLU, etc. says we are treating them bad doesn't mean anything since they are obviously lunatics and nothing the United States does makes them happy.

Apparently, this week is Gitmo week.
The MSM is going to keep searing pressure on the gov't with leaks like this until it buckles and either (a) closes Gitmo or (b) calls an independent review of detention/interrogation practices.

On Dec. 2, Rumsfeld approved 16 of 19 stronger coercive methods. Now the interrogators could use stress strategies like standing for prolonged periods, isolation for as long as 30 days, removal of clothing, forced shaving of facial hair, playing on "individual phobias" (such as dogs) and "mild, non-injurious physical contact such as grabbing, poking in the chest with the finger and light pushing."This is the "tougher torture" techniques that the left is in such an uproar over? Coercive? Maybe. Unpleasant? Sure. But torture? Not even close.

Call me a skeptic, but this seems like classic disinfo, let out to deceive the enemy into believing their people in our custody aren't talking, or to just build fear and confuse the hell out of them. Can't tell for sure, but something about the story smells fishy.
