The did botch this investigation. They wasted two precious weeks. They have no one but themselves to blame that they are being laughed at and ridiculed and torn to pieces over their poor police work.

Asked Thursday why it took investigators more than two weeks after Holloway's May 30 disappearance to search the home, Attorney General Caren Janssen said: "You have to build up an investigation. You can't just go in there like a cowboy, you have to give certain direction to investigators."

Janssen, who went into the house with investigators Wednesday, declined to discuss the case, but said the father was not under investigation. Paul van der Sloot is a judge-in-training, serving a three-year term that allows him to hear a limited number of cases.

It appears the more our media rips them to shreds over their investigation the more they go back and start doing what they should have done to begin with.

Think what would happen if our media, specifically FOX had not gone down there and started talking to people and putting this story up across the country.
