I would ask her if the deaths of the innocent children haunt her.

The follow-up would be if she ever thinks of Vicki Weaver.

Ruby Ridge, Idaho incident occurred August 1992 (GHW Bush was president).

The questions about the children (Waco) are valid. I would ask if she could recall the name of even one.

Why should she think of Mrs. Weaver? Rudy Ridge was a George H.W. Bush Justice Department Production. The Atty. General at the time was William P. Barr.

While the 'Toon Administration and Reno certainly have much to answer for, Ruby Ridge isn't one of them.

Vicki Weaver was shot by FBI agent Lon Horiuchi during the first Bush administration. Most of the planning, such as it was, for the Waco raid by the BATF on the Davidian "compound" was done during that administration as well. Do I blame Bush I for that? No, no President can see that all that deep into agencies such as the BATF, FBI, CIA, DoS, etc, although there should have been BATF and FBI heads roll after Ruby Ridge. I do blame Bush for the fact that they didn't.

However Jane Reno was "in the loop" after the BATF raid at Waco went bad (really bad) and the FBI came in to clean up BATF's mess...again, so she and her boss Slick do bear some responsibility for that one.
