You don't need to excuse yourself for you patriotism buddy. They need to excuse themselves for their anti-Americanism, or just plain excuse themselves from this country. Either would work for me.

That's what I answer them when they start calling me a fascist for some patriotic comment I make...the "Excuuuse Me" is a la Steve Martin on Sat Nite Live. ha. That makes them really mad. Then I call them a commie. Then they tell me I'm a Nazi. Then I call them phony leftists that never made it out of the 60's. Then we hang up on each other and call three days later and swear never to mention politics again.ha.

I loved that Steve Martin skit. But you have to say it with more feeling next time, LOL.

Don't be so sure that Dean doesn't reflect the passion and deep feelings of the Democratic party. The liberals I talk to are not only not upset by him, but are thrilled with him. While some may consider him a bit out there, they really believe this stuff. Au contraire, my friend! (There's a little French lingo for you.) I think we all know that Dean represents the heart and soul of Democratic true believers.
If he was a lone kook, he would be more scary than funny. But as the representative of a big party that has completely unhinged, Republicans can take comfort in at least a few more election cycles of victory.

Just WTF do the Democrats stand for? Enemy rights?I'm sorry to say that's a pretty good question.
From the Democratic "copperheads" of the Civil War era to the pro-terrorist policies of today, I'm afraid Democrats are usually pretty comfortable with America's enemies.

I need that.
Do I need your permission.

Your image reminds me of this one -- Democrats have really lost their minds.

But he's violating the First Commandment of the left. Thou shalt not reveal Thy true nature to Thine public.

I find Der DNC little Führer Howie a buffoon, but, a scary buffoon, simply because he has somehow managed to get this far in American politics.
Little Howie opened himself up to a Hitler comparison the moment he tried to qualify his hate mongering by pointing out that he too is a "Christian". Hitler used that same tactic. Of course, Hitler defined what constitutes a "good" Christian in his book: someone who practice their beliefs the way the State tells them. Those who would refuse those terms, would be eliminated for the good of the State.

I also loved the "WHAT is that? What IS that? What is THAT?"
and of course, "Hans and Frantz. We pump YOU up!"

I'm definitely an old school SNL fan. After Eddie left, it was all down hill for me.

I've tried watching it off and on for the last two years. It is not funny...at all.
Remember the Cczekoslovakian brothers? "We are two, wild and CRAZY guys! We are waiting for the two American foxes with the big breasts to come back. They went to the Statue of Liberty to get their birth control devices."

Or how 'bout, "Ok boys and girls were going to learn a new word today". "Did she slap you? Well then, you said it right."
