MJ is no where NEAR as damaging as alcohol. Nor does it produce nearly the number of addicts as the "Jesus Juice".

Pot users habitually mix it with everything they can find, therefore the term gateway drug.
Though the drug community here doesn't like to hear it, California's violent offenders mostly use pot and other stuff all the time. I'm sure it's the same way in other prisons and the same since George started to cover this decades ago.

Strangest thing about the addictive qualities of alcohol they derive mostly from the fact that if you juice up frequently enough in sufficient quantities a fair quantity of that alcohol is converted into opiates (and probably cannaboloids), and that's what you get addicted to.
Alcohol by itself is just a solvent.
But you knew that didn't you.
